Chase Sterling, CWP
Founder and Lead Consultant
Chase has dedicated her career to improving both individual and organizational wellbeing in the workplace. With over 20 years of experience, Chase brings passion combined with evidence-based expertise.
Chase’s personal experiences have shaped her love and dedication to this work, and her presentations always include personal anecdotes combined with practices rooted in scientific theory and application.
She has held leadership, consultant and educator roles at a variety of organizations including Google, Wounded Warrior Project, The Partners Group, Cigna, the YMCA, and University of Dayton.
Dedicated to the mission of improving workplaces, Chase also founded Wellbeing Think Tank which provides educational events as well as mentoring and networking for wellness professionals.
Chase serves on the National Academies Workplace Work Group with PAPREN – the Physical Activity Policy Research and Evaluation Network. She is also a member of SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Occupational Health Psychology, and the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology. Chase also volunteers with the Association of Washington Cities Healthy Worksite Summit and the American Heart Association Worksite Wellbeing Summit.
Chase is a veteran having served seven years in the Army.
When she’s not working she loves to paint, swim, and have dance parties with her cats.

Liz has been a part of HHP since it’s conception and is an integral part of the team. Liz is an experienced event planner and project manager. She has strategized, planned, and executed hundreds of events throughout her career, ranging from recruiting mixers to international summits to non-profit festivals with 6,000+ attendees.
She also has many years of experience producing professional marketing content, including new business proposals, client newsletters, brand and recruiting collateral, and thought leadership presentations. Liz has developed fun wellness logos and brands for several HHP clients.
Liz also assists with day-to-day operations and keeps everything organized and efficient.
Liz was born and raised in Oregon and loves to paint, kayak, hike, and pester her cat Jazzie.
